Kristian Bogner

Kristian Bogner is a world-class professional photographer, Nikon ambassador and speaker. His credo is about ultimate positivity, passion, and taking his technical expertise in photography to the extreme. A multi-award winner, Kristian has earned the Professional Photographers of Canada Association's prestigious Commercial Photographer of the Year for Canada award an unprecedented number of consecutive years. He was recently named the P.P.O.C.'s 2011 and 2012 Alberta Photographer of the Year, receiving this award for the fourth time. He has also won numerous other international awards for his work, which takes him all over the planet.

Kristian's recent photographic expeditions have been to Dali, China and Ladakh, India, capturing amazing images of tribals, monks, nomads, mountainscapes, palaces, ancient cultures, and more. Kristian's work and abilities take him from shooting the Olypmics and extreme sports to fashion, to high-end architecture and aircrafts to landscape photography and any other exciting commercial photography work that comes his way.

Christine is a photographer and filmmaker with a passion for visual arts, drama, and the weird and wonderful. A graduate of Sheridan College, she began her career working on music video sets. As a photographer, she has documented a number of talented artists and celebrities including Twilight Director Catherine Hardwicke and actors Laura Vandervoort, Corey Sevier, and John Bregar. She is actively working on several new short film projects as Director and Cinematographer.

Rob Corrado

Dave Cross

For close to 25 years, Dave Cross has been helping photographers and creative professionals get the most out of their software. Starting with Adobe Illustrator classes in 1987, Dave has taught Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign to thousands of users around the world. He has a Bachelor of Education, is an Adobe Certified Instructor in Photoshop CS5 and is a Certified Technical Trainer. Dave has taught at Photoshop World (20 times), written numerous articles and several books, co-hosts Photoshop User TV and has appeared in many DVDs and online courses for Kelby Training. Dave is the Lead Instructor for the National Association of Photoshop Professionals, and runs his own studio/workshop space in Tampa, FL.

Over the last 12 years, Dave has taught Photoshop in every state in the United States, throughout Canada and in Europe, consistently earning rave reviews. Dave is well-known for his engaging style, his humor and his ability to make complex topics easy to understand. In 2009 Dave was inducted into the Photoshop Hall of Fame.

Peter Dering

A passionate photography and outdoors hobbyist, Peter Dering quit his engineering job back in 2010 to pursue a newer, better way to carry his DSLR camera during his outdoor activity and travel. He founded the company Peak Design and decided to launch his invention - the Capture Camera Clip - on the fledgling funding website Kickstarter.com. Within a week the project had raised $100K, and after 60 days Capture became the 2nd most successful project in Kickstarter's history. Now, Peak Design (Booth 34) has 8 team members and a host of innovative products for active photographers. Peter and his team are based in San Francisco.

Chris Dick

Chris is a photojournalist with 15 years of experience in the digital space. Most recently, he directed production on Fast Company's web video series, Work Flow, and developed a branded content series for Ford and The Globe & Mail. Chris also teaches Photojournalism and Online News Production in both the undergraduate and post-graduate programs at Sheridan College in Oakville, ON. He has worked for Fortune 500 companies in Singapore as a still photographer. As a photojournalist for Toronto's top-rated news channel, his assignments have included documenting the water crisis in Native communities in the Arctic, following the lives of a fire brigade in Jamaica, and being embedded with the military during relief operations in the disputed region of Kashmir after the 2005 earthquake.

In his capacity as a producer, Chris has worked for Webnation, which is a current affairs program about internet culture and directed popular video podcast commandN.tv. He has also produced live coverage for multiple provincial and federal elections.

Chris has taught journalism to at-risk youth in Florida at the Palm Beach Photographic Workshops, and is an active member of the National Press Photographers Association and the Committee to Protect Journalists.
